Xinjiang is located in the far west of China, it has the mountain ranges that covered with snow year around; the desert named Taklamakan to be one of the biggest in the world; the land formation in the remote areas is catastrophic and beautiful, it is one of the best destination for travelling, as countless nature attractions are waiting to be explored. The food here are one of the kind, especially the hand - pulled noodles (Lamian), lamb skewers, big plate chicken, and pilaff.
